Product Description
Clio specializes in traditional French-made stockings. The company is based in the heart of the Cevennes France, which is a century old region famed for its hosiery production. They feature flat knit for aesthetic comfort, reinforced heels and toes, and are made to fit the shape of the leg for a comfortable and attractive look and feel. These stockings are 100% Nylon non-stretch, the appearance is long out of the package but due to the non-stretch nature they will be shorter on the legs. If you want a seductive swish when crossing your legs, then try the Clio 602 Bas Prestige non-stretch RHT stockings. The 100% nylon replicates the authentic hosiery feel of decades ago, and the reinforced heel and toe mean that they are durable and long-lasting too. As these are non-stretch, Clio has provided a wide range of sizes so a perfect fit is guaranteed. There any many colors to choose from - you have traditional black or gray, a range of skin-tone shades with derby and vision.

The BEST 100% nylon stockings for daily wear

I don’t know how Clio does it, but these stockings are unbeatable for being 100% nylon, both for price and durability. Every other brand of 100% nylon stockings I’ve tried have run for me by the 2nd wear if not sooner. I can’t even count how many wears I get out of a pair of Clio’s on average. 10? More? They’re astonishing. I think it’s something about the way they’re knit that they seem to have a slight amount of give, even though the thread isn’t stretchy. Two warnings about them: (1) they’re more tapered in the ankles than many brands, which could be a problem for some folks since they don’t stretch and (2) they’re not quite as silky soft as other 100% nylon stockings. Granted, they’re still way silkier than normal stockings, but just a bit less so. For me, the trade off of silkiness is worth it for their durability.

I find these to be softer and more sheer than Cervin Capri stockings but also more fragile.

I love to wear classic look RHT and Back Seam stockings. I only buy 100% Nylon stockings because i want the look and feel of stockings from the 50's and 60's.These stockings by Clio exactly what I look for, they look great and and have the great fit and feel of vintage stockings. They also seem to be more run resistant than most brands. To top it all the price is the best I have found for RHT stockings. They also have a great color selection. Clio is now my brand when I am buying classic RHT stockings.

Their size 5s were a bit too small, but the size 6s are great. Nice sheen, good length, and they seem to snag less than other closely priced stockings. Great value compared to others in their class.

These are great looking stockings in every sense of the word. What strikes me is they seem less likely to run than other 100% nylon RHTs I've tried. That said, I can't comment further as I think I really need one size larger :(

My wife enjoys the feel of classic nylons. They are increasingly hard to find as taste change. We are of a generation that appreciates the way in sheer nylons add to a women's legs. Size a little long!
